Mat pilates is a whole body workout that empowers you to move from your centre with precision and control. Classes focus on strengthening and lengthening with focus on the powerhouse—our core in connection with breath. Mat pilates can be modified for any age, body or fitness level.

About Pilates Foundational and Core Retraining (60 minutes):

Foundational core retraining is suitable for new students and seasoned practitioners alike. It takes us back to the basics and provides instruction on foundation to safely meet you where you’re at. We will reconnect to the Pilates principles of breath and control through mindful movement, learn ways to deepen your core awareness, explore pelvic mobility and stability, and gain reflexive strength through OS posture reset exercises.

This class is also suitable for injury recovery and postpartum mamas.

Mondays 5:45 - 6:45pm.
