“My experience with Village Yoga one on one teacher training was nothing short of epic. As well as the general requirements for 200 hours, we were able to focus in on aspects of yoga that I felt most interested in which created a bespoke and unique experience. It was freeing to ask questions and express my immediate thoughts about specific areas of study and have instant, direct feedback. When we got to practice teaching, I was teaching the teachers which I felt was so very helpful and incredibly informative. Having a variety of teachers share their origins of study and personal experiences created a rich platform for perspective. This enabled me to discover pieces of what resonated for the teacher within myself. It is a rare opportunity to study so closely with yoga experts nowadays, as they used to many years ago. I will forever hold this training close to my heart and have it with me always. This journey was full of life affirming lessons I shall never forget.”
