Saturday April 12th 1:00pm - 4:00pm 

Jivamukti Chakra Tuning Practice

During this 3-hour Jivamukti Yoga workshop, we begin with a discussion of the Chakras and then explore these seven doors of perception—from the root to the crown—using high intention, asana, pranayama, bija mantra, and other meditation techniques. 

Through these various techniques, we will work on tuning or purifying the Chakras by energetically inhabiting each of these seven centers and addressing the disconnect in our relationships. We may come to understand the possible root causes of our emotional, mental, and physical challenges. This practice will encourage healing and a change in perception to make way for discovering our higher Self.

Tina will finish with shamanic Meditation.

Ashtanga & Vedic Chanting

Join us for an immersive weekend of Ashtanga Yoga, a profound and ancient style of yoga designed to bring unity to body, mind, and spirit. Originating thousands of years ago, Ashtanga follows a systematic approach rooted in tradition, with each movement and breath working together to purify and strengthen your whole being.

We will delve into the Standing Series of Ashtanga “Yoga Therapy,” a sequence of asanas (postures) designed to detoxify, build strength, and improve flexibility.

Whether you’re new to Ashtanga or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop  offers a balanced exploration of this timeless tradition. Expect time to practice postures, learn philosophy, have time for self-reflection, and physical renewal.  Be guided towards peace, clarity, and vitality in all that you do.

This workshop can deepen your appreciation and understanding of Yoga in a gentle and supportive way.  As a beginner you will learn key concepts and poses without feeling overwhelmed.  Tina will use modifications where needed.

We will be practicing pranayama and vedic chanting.

Join me on a journey of body, mind & spirit as we delve into accessing new spiritual horizons through daily Yoga practices and Ceremony. There will be guided Transformational Breath Sessions.
