Spring Kids Yoga Series


Kids Yoga with Lisa Storoshenko


Yoga classes teaches traditional yoga poses to promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Children learn how to focus, centre, relax and develop self-control with various breathing and visualisation techniques. With the practice of fun postures, group games, partner poses, music, art and drama children will learn self-respect and respect for others.

Open to all genders & abilities, ages 5-11.
Thursdays 3:30-4:30 pm

February 20, February 27, March 5 & March 12

Cost: $40/session (4 weeks) or $12 drop-in if space permits

Mats included!
