Wendesdays 5:30 - 7:00pm
June 28: breaking down chaturanga for happy shoulders
July 5: approaching heart openers: inner strength, outer ease
July 12: spiraling the hips: finding fluidity and freedom in the standing poses
*These are designed independently, you do not need to commit to all 3 (although you may want to!)
