Life as a Yogi Intensive & Teacher Training

A few follow up Q&A's:

-Teacher training goes from 7:00am - 5:15pm Monday Oct 21 - Sunday Oct 27 with a lunch break and will be co-taught by Tanya & Steve with guest teachers who are experts in their areas (Rya will be supporting with anatomy, and a couple other special guests)

-Module 2 is November 25 - December 1st. We will be running module 1&2 again in the new year, so if you can't make the November module 2, you can take it in the spring 2020 (or beyond). *You must complete both modules to receive your RYT-200; however you are more than welcome to take module 1 without any intention to go beyond.

-There are daily practices and a small experiential assignment (attending some classes and getting signed of on) to complete between modules 1 and 2 if you are going for the full 200hour certification.

-Please do your best to attend the entire training. However, if you need to miss a portion/day (life happens), we can work with you to make-up missed hours but PLEASE inquire with us prior to signing up so we can have a clear learning plan.

Lastly, we will be focusing on the Yoga Sutras module 1, and the Bhagavad Gita for module 2. We are easy on which translations you work with, but we have a couple of each that we prefer. You don't need to start reading the Gita until after module one, but if you want to get a head start (or anticipate being really busy between sessions), you're more than welcome to be over-prepared!
