Foundational Pilates Sculpt Series
“Pilates Sculpt is a unique & dynamic, feel-good Pilates workout. Each class is designed to create a long and sculpted body using Pilates-based exercises to add tone without bulking. Most importantly, we will focus on the powerhouse—our core. There is a focus on breathing in each class as well to reduce cortisol & inflammation in the body.”
Pilates is best practices with consistency. It is recommended to sign up for all 10 classes (2x/week). However, once a week is better than none!
