Explore the world of inversions - getting flipped upside down, and maintaining poise, control, and grace. These postures are quite powerful and provide many benefits; we will explore the physiological and energetic benefits of inversions, as well as the proper foundations and progressions for these incredible postures to practice these positions safely and set ourselves up for success! You don’t have to be an advanced practitioner for this session; beginner, intermediate, & advanced options will be thoroughly explained and safely guided.
