Summer Solstice
Tuesday June 21st 10:00-11:30am at North Arm Farm
Join Rebekka Walker for a special outdoor celebration of Summer Solstice, June 21st at North Arm Farm from 10-11:30am.
The summer solstice is all about equilibrium—a time when the state of the cosmos is perfectly balanced and radiant. A day marked by ceremony and ritual across the globe, celebrating the solstice honors a deep sense of devotion to nature, Mother Earth, and the energizing power of the sun.
This session will include a practice of movement, breathwork and Japa (mantra meditation) all accompanied by a live sound bath with Kerry Dorey.
As the summer solstice falls on National Indigenous People’s Day, proceeds from this celebration will go to Indigenous Women Outdoors.
*Use any of our regular pass options or kick off our Summer Special Pass (Unlimited Yoga June 21-August 28th $199).
