Join us at Village Yoga Pemberton as we journey through 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar with the rising sun as an offering on this summer solstice. We will learn to safely move into and out of each posture in the sequence and briefly discuss the benefits of the practice. We will also learn the Surya Mantras and the associated Bija (Seed) Mantras and use these chants to enhance our practice. All levels are welcome.
